Can I make changes to my order after I place it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can make changes any time before the balance is due. This will ned to be done in writing. Email is best. (Ex. Number of tables, additional boutonnieres or corsages)

What if I want certain flowers added to my floral story?

Yes, you can always request certain flower choices in your package. There can be an additional fee for some flowers that are considered premium. (Ex. Peony, Calla Lily)

How long do I have to pay for my package?

Accepted Answer

A $200 deposit is due when you fill out your form and make your cart choices. At this time a confirmation will be sent via email and a simple contract explaining the balance and timelines will be emailed as well. You are welcome to call us at any time if you need guidance with this. The balance will need to be paid in full 30 days prior to your event. Any changes to your order will need to be made before the balance is due. At this time, we will place the order for your flowers with our distributors and plan for their arrival.
